Bring geometry and measurement concepts to life with the hands-on, visual possibilities of a geoboard. This micro course explores how educators can use geoboards to create and analyze shapes, investigate area and perimeter, explore symmetry and coordinate relationships, and strengthen spatial reasoning. Participants will discover practical ways to make abstract concepts more concrete while engaging students in mathematical reasoning, exploration, and problem-solving.

By the end of this course, learners will be able to:

• Use geoboards to model and explore shapes, symmetry, area, perimeter, and coordinate relationships.
• Apply hands-on geoboard strategies to make abstract geometry and measurement concepts visible and concrete.
