6. E-Commerce and Purchases. CESA 6 offers educational products and services for purchase through the Website via Shopify, a third-party e-commerce platform. Payment card and financial information is collected and processed directly by Shopify; CESA 6 does not receive or store your payment card data. All purchases are subject to product availability and current pricing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property Rights. The Website and its entire contents — including all information, software, text, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof — are owned by CESA 6, its licensors, or other content providers, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. No right, title, or interest in the Website or its contents is transferred to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by CESA 6. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of these Terms of Use or your use of the Website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Winnebago County, Wisconsin, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

20. Waiver and Severability. Failure by CESA 6 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement. These Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and CESA 6 regarding the Website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings relating to its subject matter.
