The Conducting Effective FBAs and BIPs in K-12 Schools self-paced course is a Wisconsin-aligned course designed to support school teams in developing legally compliant, data-driven, and student-centered behavior supports.
Grounded in Wisconsin DPI guidance and best practices, this course equips educators, school psychologists, administrators, special education staff, and student support teams with the tools and confidence to conduct high-quality Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that are proactive, evidence-based, culturally responsive, and focused on meaningful student outcomes.
Through practical examples, interactive learning activities, and real-world school scenarios, participants will learn how to identify the function of behavior, gather meaningful data, collaborate with stakeholders, and create plans that teach replacement skills while improving outcomes for students.
