CliftonStrengths Coaching with Karin Martino - Four Session Bundle

Through a four-session coaching experience, you will become a stronger, more authentic version of yourself by identifying your natural talents and intentionally aiming them to reach your goals. 

Sessions will be virtual and will require the client to have completed the CliftonStrengths assessment and have provided the coach with a copy of their Full 34 Report.  Assessment codes are available through CESA 6.

Karin Martino is the Director of Engagement and Wellbeing at CESA 6 and has previously served as a Director of Itinerant Services, Director of Special Education, and a special education teacher. As a certified CliftonStrengths coach, she is passionate about helping individuals recognize their innate talents and develop them into strengths to achieve their personal and professional goals. Karin is also a Q12 engagement champion, working with organizations to improve employee engagement, strengthen team dynamics, and boost productivity by implementing Gallup's Q12 employee engagement framework. Outside of work, Karin draws inspiration for both personal and professional growth from reading and listening to podcasts, and she enjoys spending time with her family as a wife and mom of three girls.
