Looking for a way to energize your staff and transform learning—with a full year of instructional leadership already planned for you?

Elevated Learning is a year-long, school-wide professional development experience that equips educators to create student-centered, thinking-focused classrooms. Inspired by Peter Liljedahl’s Building Thinking Classrooms in Mathematics, this program expands high-impact strategies to all subjects and grade levels—empowering teachers to foster deep thinking, meaningful collaboration, and student ownership of learning.

As the school leader, you’ll guide your team through 10 transformative sessions using ready-to-go presentation slides and resources. Along the way, teachers engage in ongoing reflection and collaborative conversations that build collective capacity, align instructional practices, and drive long-term impact for every learner.

What Educators Will Gain:

  • A shift from teacher-led to student-centered instruction.
  • Strategies for creating rich, engaging thinking tasks.
  • Techniques for purposeful questioning and student-led discussions.
  • Rich discussions that challenge the norms of education for the better.
