The Technology Coordinators meetings are collaborative gatherings focused on discussing and addressing technology-related challenges, best practices, and updates relevant to education and the K12 space. These meetings serve as a hub for technology coordinators to align on strategies, share valuable insights, and enhance the overall technology ecosystem within their schools or districts. The collaborative nature ensures the continuous improvement of tech-based solutions in education. Our agenda is 100% driven by the members and attendees and often includes updates from our resources at the DPI.

Cancellations for Events
Participant Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted in writing by emailing info@cesa6.org. Registrants who cancel at least 14 calendar days prior to the event start date are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable service or material fees. Cancellations received 7 to 13 calendar days before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 calendar days of the event. Participants who do not attend without prior notice ("no call, no show") will be charged the full event fee.
Event Changes or Cancellations by CESA 6: CESA 6 reserves the right to change or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrollment, presenter availability, or other factors beyond our control. Participants will be notified promptly via email and offered either a full refund or a credit toward a future event.
Registration Transfers: Registrations may be transferred to another individual from the same organization at no additional cost. Please contact us at least 48 hours before the event start date to request a transfer.
