In our virtual sessions, we will focus on sharing updates, strategies, and ways to maintain commitment to impactful literacy instructional practices. Implementing science-aligned instruction is an ongoing journey that presents growth opportunities throughout the 4K-12 system. As we strive for full implementation and a commitment to enhancing literacy, we can learn together and from each other. Join this collegial group of thought leaders for engaging discussions, idea sharing, problem-solving, and staying informed on the latest updates from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.
Goals:
- Build knowledge and understanding around literacy instructional practices.
- Partake in continuous learning and sharing opportunities that support school districts in literacy practices implementation work.
- Topics will highlight 4K, early literacy, intermediate literacy, and secondary literacy practices that integrate science-aligned instruction across all grade levels.
