Strengthen Your 6-12 Leadership Team To Drive Student Success

Secondary district and school leaders, join CESA 6 Literacy to expand your knowledge and equip yourself with the tools needed to support teachers and coaches in enhancing literacy instruction and driving student achievement in secondary classrooms. As students transition from the elementary level with a stronger skill set, it is crucial that we are prepared to support their continued growth and empowered to ensure reading success for all students. This two-year leadership academy offers a combination of professional learning, personalized, on-site coaching, and the opportunity to network with other district teams as part of a learning community.

Year One:

  • Focus on science-aligned literacy practices at the secondary level and identifying current state.
    • Three full-day, in-person learning sessions
    • Two in-district customized coaching days

Year Two:

  • Focus on strengthening collection of instruction data and maximizing high impact instructional practices.
    • Two full-day, in-person learning sessions
    • Two in-district customized coaching days


Year 1 Dates

  • September 30, 2025
  • November 11, 2025
  • February 19, 2026

Times:  8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.


Cost:

  • CESA 6 Districts
    • $8,495 per team (3-5 team members) per year
    • $9,895 per team (6-9 team members) per year
  • Non-CESA 6 Districts
    • $9,000 per team (3-5 team members) per year
    • $10,500 per team (6-9 team members) per year

WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS


Participant Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted in writing by emailing info@cesa6.org. Registrants who cancel at least 14 calendar days prior to the event start date are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable service or material fees. Cancellations received 7 to 13 calendar days before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 calendar days of the event. Participants who do not attend without prior notice ("no call, no show") will be charged the full event fee.

Event Changes or Cancellations by CESA 6: CESA 6 reserves the right to change or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrollment, presenter availability, or other factors beyond our control. Participants will be notified promptly via email and offered either a full refund or a credit toward a future event.

Registration Transfers: Registrations may be transferred to another individual from the same organization at no additional cost. Please contact us at least 48 hours before the event start date to request a transfer.
