Get Curious & Creative
March 6, 2025 I 9 AM - 3 PM
Unconscious, or implicit biases, are not something we deliberately choose to have; however, these biases can affect how we interact with others, how we make judgments, and even impact important decisions in areas like hiring, promotions, interpersonal relationships, and how we show up for students. Make progress towards reducing bias and build belonging by joining in this culminating full day workshop! Engage in a creative process using photography to explore perspectives, address unconscious biases, and foster a sense of belonging among students, staff, and families.
