The CESA 6 Assistant/Associate Administrator Network provides a purposeful space for leaders to come together to learn, connect, and grow together. Our network meetings will focus on the issues that matter most to our schools’ leaders while encouraging and supporting meaningful collaboration amongst participants. Our network will provide participants with the educational leadership think tank that will empower them to return to their sites energized and prepared to lead with purpose.

Outcomes:

• Engage in Meaningful Discussions - Explore key leadership topics, share challenges, and exchange best practices with peers.
• Learn from Experts - Gain insights from experienced school leaders, guest speakers, and facilitators who bring real-world expertise.
• Develop Leadership Skills - Strengthen decision-making, instructional leadership, and school management abilities.
• Build a Strong Support System - Connect with a network of like-minded leaders who provide guidance, encouragement, and fresh perspectives.
• Prepare for Future Opportunities - Enhance readiness for principalship and other leadership roles through mentorship and career development resources.

Cancellations for Events

Participant Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted in writing by emailing info@cesa6.org. Registrants who cancel at least 14 calendar days prior to the event start date are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable service or material fees. Cancellations received 7 to 13 calendar days before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 calendar days of the event. Participants who do not attend without prior notice ("no call, no show") will be charged the full event fee.

Event Changes or Cancellations by CESA 6: CESA 6 reserves the right to change or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrollment, presenter availability, or other factors beyond our control. Participants will be notified promptly via email and offered either a full refund or a credit toward a future event.

Registration Transfers: Registrations may be transferred to another individual from the same organization at no additional cost. Please contact us at least 48 hours before the event start date to request a transfer.
